Refund and Returns Policy

We want you to love your Asali bag. If something isn’t right, here’s how we handle returns and
refunds.

Refunds

  • Refunds are available only for items that are damaged or faulty upon delivery.
  • Refund requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • If approved, the full amount including return shipping cost will be refunded.

Exchanges

  • After 7 days, we offer exchanges only for eligible cases.
  • Items must be unused, with original packaging and tags intact.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping for exchanges.

Not Accepted

  • No returns or refunds for change of mind or preferences.
  • Items on sale or part of special promotions may not be eligible for return/exchange.

How to Start a Return or Exchange

  1. Email info@asalihandbags.com with your order number and reason.
  2. We’ll respond within 2 working days with next steps.
  3. Once approved, we’ll share our return address
