We want you to love your Asali bag. If something isn’t right, here’s how we handle returns and
refunds.
Refunds
- Refunds are available only for items that are damaged or faulty upon delivery.
- Refund requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.
- If approved, the full amount including return shipping cost will be refunded.
Exchanges
- After 7 days, we offer exchanges only for eligible cases.
- Items must be unused, with original packaging and tags intact.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping for exchanges.
Not Accepted
- No returns or refunds for change of mind or preferences.
- Items on sale or part of special promotions may not be eligible for return/exchange.
How to Start a Return or Exchange
- Email info@asalihandbags.com with your order number and reason.
- We’ll respond within 2 working days with next steps.
- Once approved, we’ll share our return address
