Refund and Returns Policy

Thank you for shopping at Asali Handbags. We take pride in the quality of our products and are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, our return and refund policy is here to assist you.
1. Returns
Eligibility
- You have 14 calendar days from the date of delivery to return an item.
- The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Customized or personalized products.
- Items purchased on sale or during promotional events.
2. Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Contact Us at info@asalihandbags.com with your order details.
- You will receive return instructions and the return shipping address.
- Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.
3. Refunds
- If your return is approved, we will process your refund within 7 business days to your original payment method.
- If your return is denied, we will notify you with a reason and return the item to you.
4. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
- To request an exchange, email us at info@asalihandbags.com with photos of the defect/damage.
- If approved, we will send a replacement of the same item.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item:
- Report it within 48 hours of delivery.
- Send an email to info@asalihandbags.com with your order number and photos of the damage.
- We will review the issue and arrange a replacement or refund.
